LISTEN: To design a customized flyer and postcard series that could be updated by a real estate firm as needed in MSWord.
PLAN: California graphic design firm Urban Geko provided the graphic design, images, and template design services.
DESIGN: We created a unique design that could be easily placed within a Word document to be used as a customized template for the sale and listings of new homes.
Layout: A clean, modern, contemporary design style was used to shift the focus of attention to the homes being sold and listed. Color: Green tones of color were used to match with the corporate branding. Other: All pieces could be printed in-house for ease of use or for tight deadlines.

LISTEN: To design a fun, motivational in-house company newsletter encouraging staff wellness as
a life-focus.
PLAN: The Los Angeles graphic design team at Urban Geko provided the graphic design, images, and printing services.
DESIGN: The overall piece was enhanced with fun motivational photos using a sundry of color and curved elements adding excitement to the piece.
Layout: Created box style graphical elements for ease of viewing. Color: Brightly colored photos were used on a blue toned background of the corporate color. A complimentary color of the season of choice was chosen to enhance the blue tones. Other: Printed on thick glossy stock for added value.
Madison Place Advertisement
LISTEN: To create an advertisement for the local publications announcing a grand opening of a new residential model home.
PLAN: Orange County graphic design firm Urban Geko provided the graphic design service.
DESIGN: Provided a fun design with circular and curved elements, a huge splash of color, and an engaging photo of a happy boy to encourage the viewers that the residence is kid friendly and to move in.
Layout: A two-third page advertisement was designed with great eye flow for any page placement.
Color: Tones of baby blues and bright orange were used.
